Example questions

Click any question to open the assistant with it, or use the button at the bottom right and ask your own.

"What is my remaining leave balance?" has no answer here, and that is the point. The assistant has policy documents, not employee records. There is no HRIS connection, and it cannot tell who is asking. It will give you the entitlement and how it accrues, then send you to HR for your own figure — it will never produce a number.
"What is the dress code?" is a genuine conflict in the source documents. The Admin Policy (v1.0.0, January 2024) requires formal wear Monday to Thursday; the newer Company HR Policy (v1.0.1, April 2024) says the code is "Business-Casual". Neither states that it replaces the other, so the assistant should present both with their versions and dates and recommend confirming with HR — rather than quietly picking one.

How it works

Grounded, cited, and honest about gaps

Answers from policy only

If the documents do not establish an answer, it says so and points to HR rather than filling the gap.

Cites policy, version and section

Every substantive answer names where it came from so an employee can open the document and check.

States conflicts

Where two policies disagree it cites both with their effective dates instead of choosing silently.

No personal data

No salary, appraisal, attendance or leave balance — and it will not estimate one.
